Windows SIG Objectives
Our Meetings are designed to help and advise Windows users across all levels of expertise and all Windows Operating Systems.
We cover the Microsoft Operating System from the earliest through to Windows XP, Vista and now Windows 7.
We talk about how we use our computers and the resolution of problems.
All are welcome. Participants range from absolute beginners to “Gurus” and everyone is encouraged and invited to participate, contribute and comment. The meetings are casual with participants guaranteed to enjoy themselves.
Meetings commence for the first half with a Question and Answer session. Bring your problems from the simplest to the curliest, we hope someone will have an answer or we might be able to advise you where to look for one.
Then after a short coffee/tea break we move on to the main theme for the night, usually with a presenter/s followed by discussion / Q & A.
You may choose to hold back and just listen at first but you are encouraged to participate!
If you have an area of interest or expertise, others are sure to enjoy a demonstration and discussion. Any software or other product of interest to the group is appropriate.
