This month John Bills-Thompson presented Access Charts, how to implement them in Access and the 
features available. Ed Adamthwaite was to follow with Objects & Collections, but due to a HDD 
failure on his laptop the night before was unable to present it. More time for John's Charts 
presentation was possible, allowing a thorough discussion that everyone gained something from.

Craig Evans conducted the problem solving session. Not a lot this month but quite tricky nevertheless.

Les : Report layout - 2 records on the one page to create 2 place name cards per A4 sheet.  Bottom 
section is difficult to position correctly.  File - Page Setup - Columns - Row Spacing moves the 
bottom section of the page & leaves the top as is.

Les : Call instruction.  Screen resizing to pass in different sized design parameters.  Changed 
Constant to Public - subroutine added two variables to receive height = 600 & width = 800 (default 
values if nothing passed in).  Populate the Public variable.  All ok.
